Douglas McGraw is named CEO of Hayssen Flexible Systems

He brings years of leadership and growth experience to this role, as well as a passion for people

Duncan, S.C. — Sept. 21, 2017 — BW Flexible Systems, a Barry-Wehmiller company, is pleased to announce that Douglas McGraw will begin serving as its CEO on September 25, 2017. BW Flexible Systems with its Head Office in Duncan, is a global packaging machinery supplier specialising in flexible packaging solutions for a wide range of industries, including bakery, confectionery, snack foods, frozen foods, fresh produce and cheese.

McGraw brings to the role extensive experience of leading domestic and international businesses in both consumer durables and packaged goods. He has a strong track record of achieving profitable growth by leveraging Lean operational practices, and deploying strategic vision and exceptional coaching and leadership.

Most recently McGraw served as Chief Operating Officer of Topa Equities Ltd. in Los Angeles. Prior to that, he held key leadership roles at P&G, Graco and Masco Corporation. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Duke University and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University.
