SYMACH

Acquired by Barry-Wehmiller in 2014 and now a brand of BW Flexible Systems, Netherlands-based SYMACH baggers and palletisers are custom-built solutions that operate in various industries, from agricultural to industrial, food and chemical industries.

One hallmark of quality for the SYMACH brand is that any palletiser model should perform in the same way and should be capable of producing the same level of stacking quality, whatever the speed of the model. System flexibility is considered one of the basic requirements. Palletising rates can vary from 13 to a maximum of 36 bags per minute, depending on the model of machine.

Custom Bag Palletisers

Flexibility characterises all models of SYMACH bag palletising machines. Although each model is built on a standard chassis, SYMACH engineers have the knowledge and expertise to customise every machine to meet requirements.

Bag Palletising Accuracy

The SYMACH palletiser will stack any bag, regardless of type, individually with overlap, to ensure a neat stable pallet.

A distinguising feature of SYMACH bag palletisers is the unique design of the head unit that determines the exact position of the bag inside, allowing each bag to be placed accurately in the final position on the pallet, as programmed in the stacking pattern.

Bag Palletizer Hybrid Head

The optional hybrid head is a multifunctional design for bags, cartons and crates: the centralizing unit places any type of carton or crate precisely on a pallet without the drop that is used when stacking bags.

The unique design of the head of the SYMACH bag palletizer, in combination with the user-friendly machine software enables customers to program to a variety of stacking patterns.
